作为推进社会经济发展的两个核心动力,互联网和教育将深刻地改变一个民族的历史和命运,改变一个国家、企业、个人在未来时代的竞争力。而作为互联网与教育结合点的信息技术教育,在这场大潮中更是首当其冲了。几年来,由于国家的高度重视和大力支持,中国的信息技术教育取得了一定的成绩,但由于经济和科技等方面的原因,同世界发达国家特别是美国日本相比,仍然存在很大的差距。“他山之石,可以攻玉”。既如此,该文便从信息技术教育的发展等几个方面比较三国信息技术教育的异同,寻找三国间信息技术教育的差距,并探索发展中国信息技术教育可供借鉴的成功经验。
As the two core motivations for promoting social and economic development, the Internet and education will profoundly change the history and destiny of a nation and change the competitiveness of a country, business and individual in the coming era. As a combination of Internet and education information technology education, in this tide is more bear the brunt. In recent years, thanks to the high attention and support of the country, China’s IT education has achieved some success. However, due to economic and technological reasons, there is still a big gap compared with the developed countries in the world, especially the United States and Japan . “Stones from other hills, can learn”. Therefore, this article compares the similarities and differences of IT education in the three countries from several aspects such as the development of information technology education, looks for the gap between IT education in the three countries and explores the successful experiences that can be drawn from the development of IT education in China.
