The devices mounted on two pontoons are easily towed from place to place with a small motorboat. The device consists of a pump and a spiral water wheel, cast from polyethylene. Floating pumps can be anchored in the middle of a river, or moored to the shore with cables, and can be moored to the bridge if there is a bridge.
