利用正交回归试验对镍钨合金刷镀工艺进行了优化设计,结果表明:工艺参数对镀层的磨损量和硬度影响的主次顺序为相对速度>工作电压>工作电压与相对速度交互作用。建立了镀层的磨损量和硬度与工艺参数间的数学模型,选出了最佳工艺参数组合,为合理制定刷镀工艺提供了依据。
The orthogonal design was used to optimize the nickel-tungsten alloy brush plating process. The results show that the main order of the influence of the process parameters on the wear amount and the hardness of the coating is relative velocity> working voltage> working voltage and relative velocity. The mathematical model between the wear amount and the hardness of the coating and the process parameters was established, and the best combination of the process parameters was selected, which provided the basis for the reasonable development of the brush plating process.
