在广西锰产业现状调查的基础上,采用数据统计的方法分析预测“十三五”期间广西锰系产品的产量以及锰矿资源对锰产业的保障程度。预测铁合金产量将以2.8%的年增长速度增长,2020年将达到586万t;预测广西电解金属锰和电解二氧化锰产量的年均增长速度为10%,到2020年产量将分别达到34.86万t和28.88万t。广西目前保有的锰矿资源储量中可供的氧化锰矿为3 665万t,可供的碳酸锰矿为9 241万t。预测“十三五”期间广西氧化锰矿和碳酸锰矿的产量将分别以2%和10%的速度增长,到2020年将分别达到382.55万t和396.83万t。“十三五”期间广西矿山氧化锰矿产量只能满足铁合金产业33%~35%的需求,剩余65%~67%的需求要通过区外调入和进口解决,广西矿山碳酸锰矿产量完全能满足电解金属锰和电解二氧化锰产业的需求。
Based on the survey of the status quo of manganese industry in Guangxi, the data statistics are used to analyze and predict the output of manganese products in Guangxi during the “13th Five-Year Plan” period and the degree of protection of manganese resources to the manganese industry. Manganese ore reserves in Guangxi currently available manganese oxide ore is 36.55 million tons, manganese carbonate available for 92.41 million tons. It is estimated that the output of Guangxi manganese oxide and manganese carbonate mine will increase by 2% and 10% respectively during the “13th Five-Year Plan” and will reach 3,825,500 t and 3,968,300 t by 2020 respectively. During the “13th Five-Year Plan” period, the output of manganese ore in Guangxi mine can only meet the demand of 33% -35% in the ferroalloy industry. The remaining 65% -67% of the demand should be settled through import and export outside the region. The output of manganese carbonate in Guangxi mine is completely To meet the electrolytic manganese metal and electrolytic manganese dioxide industry needs.
