本文在转子现场平衡“三点法”的基础上,运用误差分析技术,提出了进一步提高不平衡量现场测算精度的参数代换法,分析了不平衡量测算误差与测试数据间的关系,指出了用效果系数来衡量参数代换前后测算精度的变化,研究了参数代换的适用性检验准则。经试验验证,该方法可以有效地提高不平衡的现场测算精度。
Based on the “three-point method” of rotor field balance, this paper proposes a parametric substitution method to further improve on-site measurement accuracy of unbalance. Based on the error analysis technique, the paper analyzes the relationship between measurement error of unbalance amount and test data, The effect coefficient is used to measure the change of measurement accuracy before and after parameter substitution, and the applicability test criterion of parameter substitution is studied. The experimental verification, the method can effectively improve the uneven field measurement accuracy.
