目的为研究认知功能障碍发生机制及药物的防治提供一种功能完善、高智能化和自动化的动物认知行为分析方法。方法集成图像分析处理和模式识别等多种技术建立奖励操作条件反射实时测试分析处理系统,系统软件采用Microsoft Visual C#2008.net语言环境开发,利用Wistar大鼠对系统的稳定性和可靠性进行验证。结果本系统能对刺激信号种类、操作方式、奖励物质进行复杂组合,建立分阶段的认知行为检测模式,建立动物对复杂信号的认知行为评价指标体系,动物验证结果显示系统稳定可靠。结论本系统可应用于航天环境下动物兴趣、注意力、反应力、决策力等认知行为的研究。
Objective To provide a well-functioning, intelligent and automated animal cognitive behavior analysis method for studying the mechanism of cognitive impairment and drug prevention and treatment. Methods Integrating image analysis and pattern recognition, a variety of techniques such as image analysis and pattern recognition were used to establish a rewarding operating condition reflection real-time test and analysis system. The system software was developed by using Microsoft Visual C # 2008.net language environment. The stability and reliability of Wistar rats verification. Results The system can make complex combination of stimulus types, operation modes and reward substances, and establish a phased cognitive behavioral testing model to establish animal cognitive performance evaluation index system for complex signals. Animal validation results show that the system is stable and reliable. Conclusion The system can be applied to the study of the cognitive behaviors such as animal interest, attention, reaction force and decision-making power under the aerospace environment.
