今年6月27日至7月11日,总公司监察局组织以陈昌渝同志为团长的企业约束机制考察团赴德国对德意志豪华造船厂、弗里的希哈芬有限公司、哈特拉巴有限公司、曼海姆柴油机公司、马克柴油机公司等企业进行了考察访问。考察期间,考察组就企业内部管理体制、运行机制、经营决策机制、内部约束机制等方面的问题与对方进行了座谈,并参观了工厂、设计部门、车间。 现将考察组关于德国企业内部约束机制情况的报告刊载如下,供参阅。

During the inspection, the inspection team held discussions with the other party on issues such as the internal management system, operating mechanism, business decision-making mechanism, and internal restraint mechanism, and visited the factory, design department, and workshop.
