经过两年多的努力,玉溪供电局营销工作基本实现了从“结果管理”向“过程管理+结果管理”转变,这是一套全新的营销绩效管理模式,旨在通过有效监控营销过程,及时发现问题,及时改进提升,控制好营销风险,提升客户满意度,取得好的营销成果。通过过程管理,该局营销工作朝“管理精益”和“服务精细”上大大前进了一步。细化管控标准便于及时纠偏在玉溪局分管营销的副局长叶利东看来,以前“几个指标定江山”的结果管理,仍然粗放。
