目的观察蒺藜提取物对小鼠损伤睾丸氧化/抗氧化系统的影响,探讨蒺藜对小鼠损伤睾丸的保护修复作用机制。方法选取健康雄性小鼠30只,随机分为对照组、模型组和给药组,每组10只;建立睾丸热损伤模型,给予治疗剂量的蒺藜提取物;进行睾丸丙二醛(MDA)含量测定、睾丸总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)测定、睾丸总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)活力测定。结果模型组与对照组相比,睾丸组织MDA含量明显升高,T-AOC明显降低,TSOD、CAT和GSH-PX活力明显降低;给药组与模型组相比,睾丸组织MDA含量明显降低,T-AOC明显升高,T-SOD、CAT和GSH-PX活力明显升高。结论蒺藜提取物通过调控氧化/抗氧化系统,实现对小鼠损伤睾丸的保护修复作用。
Objective To observe the effects of tribulus terrestris extract on testicular oxidative / anti-oxidative system in mice, and to explore the protective mechanism of Tribulus Terrestris on the damaged testis in mice. Methods Thirty healthy male mice were randomly divided into control group, model group and administration group, with 10 rats in each group. The model of testicular heat injury was established and the dose of Tribulus terrestris extract was administrated. The content of malondialdehyde (MDA) T-AOC, T-SOD, CAT and GSH-PX in the testis were measured. . Results Compared with the control group, the content of MDA in testis tissue was significantly increased, the T-AOC was significantly decreased and the activities of TSOD, CAT and GSH-PX were significantly decreased in the model group. Compared with the model group, the content of MDA in testis tissue was significantly decreased T-AOC significantly increased, T-SOD, CAT and GSH-PX activity was significantly increased. Conclusion Tribulus terrestris extract can protect and repair the damaged testis in mice by regulating the oxidation / antioxidant system.
