本研究通过问卷和访谈调查了中国大学教师英语课堂上的语码转换情况.研究发现:英语教师课堂语码转换是一种普遍现象.大部分师生认为英语教师应该进行语码转换,并对教师语码转换的作用持肯定态度.英语专业教师和课程教师的语码转换情况不存在显著差异.
