我公司系综合性建筑施工企业。现拥有各种机械设备1241台,总功率为15179马力。设备原值为1275万元,净值为921万元。近几年来,加强了设备的基础管理,进行了管理与维修体制的改革,开创了新的局面。1984年度被评为省设备管理优秀单位。1985年机械完好率达到97.4%,利用率68.1%,红旗设备率66.23%。由于设备管理工作的加强,促进了施工生产的发展,也为企业带来明显的经济效益。我们主要抓了如下几项工作: 一、加强了设备的基础管理从公司到工程处(厂),建立健全了专业管理机构,配备必要的专职管理人员,车间(队)设立专职或兼职管理人员。并建立健全以岗位责任制为中心的18项设备管理制度。使
