本文用纹影法研究了汽油掺混30%丁烷(体积比,B30)后在GDI孔式喷射下的喷雾特性,并对喷嘴附近的近场喷雾液相进行了高速摄影研究.丁烷的闪急沸腾对燃油的喷雾特性影响较大,B30在0.1 MPa背压下的喷雾与汽油喷雾相比,贯穿距减小、锥角增大、喷雾投影面积增大;0.5 MPa下无明显差别.近场拍摄喷雾开始和结束后的残余液滴图像表明B30的喷雾液滴状态改变明显.10.0 MPa喷射压力下近场区域内的破碎情况对燃料挥发性的敏感性下降.“,”Schlieren method was used to investigate the spray characteristics of gasoline blended with 30% butane (by volume,marked as B30) from a GDI multi-hole injector.The liquid phase in the near field spray was also studied by high-speed imaging.The flash-boiling of butane showed significant impact on the spray characteristics.Comparing with pure gasoline spray,the B30 spray has shorter penetration,bigger spray angle and spray area at a back pressure of 0.1 MPa;while there are minor differences at 0.5 MPa.The near field imaging results showed that B30 spray has different liquid droplet profiles at the initial and close stages of the injection.Comparing to the low injection pressure cases,the breakup in the near field is not so sensitive to the fuel volatility with an injection pressure of 10 MPa.
