采用化学氧化聚合法,以邻甲基苯胺为单体,过硫酸铵为氧化剂,HCl、HClO_4、H_2SO_4为掺杂剂合成了掺杂态聚邻甲基苯胺。通过紫外、红外光谱对聚邻甲基苯胺的结构进行表征。对于涂覆含有本征态聚邻甲基苯胺(POTEB)或掺杂聚邻甲基苯胺/环氧树脂(EP)复合涂料的冷轧钢片涂层试样,测定了其物理性能和在3.5%(质量分数,下同)NaCl溶液中的电化学行为。结果表明,硫酸掺杂聚邻甲基苯胺(POT-H_2SO_4)涂层的耐蚀性优于其他涂层的,POT-H_2SO_4涂层的腐蚀电流最低(2.108×10~(-7)mA/cm~2),腐蚀电位最高(-0.596V),电化学阻抗幅值达到4×105Ω·cm2。
Poly (o-methylaniline) was synthesized by chemical oxidation polymerization using o-methylaniline as monomer and ammonium persulfate as oxidant, HCl, HClO_4 and H_2SO_4 as dopants. The structure of poly-o-methylaniline was characterized by UV and IR. For the coated samples of cold-rolled steel coated with eutectic poly (o-methylanilide) (POTEB) or doped poly-o-methylaniline / epoxy (EP) composite coating, % (Mass fraction, the same below) electrochemical behavior of NaCl solution. The results show that the corrosion resistance of POT-H_2SO_4 coating is better than that of other coatings. The corrosion current of POT-H_2SO_4 coating is the lowest (2.108 × 10 -7 mA / cm 2) ~ 2), the highest corrosion potential (-0.596V), electrochemical impedance amplitude reached 4 × 105Ω · cm2.
