民事诉讼执行是保证民事行政诉讼判决的法定权利得到维护的重要途径,同时也是维护法律权威的重要途径,在我国的现行法律框架内,行政诉讼执行的裁判权利以及实施权利都掌握在法院执行机构手中,造成一些在行政诉讼执行的不规范操作行为的产生,检查监督权利的行使能够使诉讼执行向良性的发展方向改革进步,本文通过对检察监督在民事行政诉讼执行中的问题进行深入的探究,分析目前的民事新政诉讼执行现状,并提出可行的完善措施,旨在民事行政诉讼执行的有效落实,进而推动我国法制建设进程的发展。
