本文介绍了Ｎ４－Ｐ－Ｂ_４Ｃ化学复合镀的工艺性能。探讨了镀液中Ｂ４Ｃ粒子添加量、试件的装载量及镀覆时间对沉积速度的影响。并试验了镀液中Ｂ４Ｃ粒子添加量对镀层中Ｂ４Ｃ析出量及镀层表面状态的影响，镀液中Ｂ４Ｃ粒子添加量对镀液老化规律的影响。试验结果表明Ｂ４Ｃ添加量越高，镀液老化越快，文中还分析了添加粒子加快镀液老化的原因。
This article describes the N4-P-B_4C chemical composite plating process performance. The effects of the addition amount of B4C particles, loading amount and plating time on the deposition rate were discussed. The effects of the amount of B4C particles in the plating solution on the amount of B4C precipitated in the coating and the surface state of the coating were investigated. The effect of the amount of B4C particles in the plating solution on the aging of the plating solution was also tested. The experimental results show that the higher the B4C dosage, the faster the plating solution aging, the article also analyzed the reasons for adding particles to accelerate the aging of the bath.
