中小学生是祖国未来的建设者和接班人,班级是学校的基本管理单位,班主任工作对于学生的德育管理、价值观的形成尤为重要。新疆是一个多民族聚居的地区,有汉族、维吾尔族、哈萨克族、回族、柯尔克孜族等47个民族。对于多元文化相融的少数民族地区班主任来说,明确教育教学及管理中应承担的多种特殊角色,有助于班主任明确目标,提升专业素养,提高中小学管理效率,从而助力新疆基础教育和经济、社会的发展。
Primary and secondary students are the builders and successors of the future of the motherland. Class is the basic management unit of the school. The work of class teacher is particularly important for the students’ moral education management and the formation of values. Xinjiang is a multi-ethnic area, with Han, Uighur, Kazak, Hui, Kirgiz and other 47 ethnic groups. For teachers of ethnic minority areas where multiculturalism meets each other, clarifying a variety of special roles to be undertaken in education, teaching and management will help the teacher in charge of a specific goal to enhance professional accomplishment and improve the management efficiency of primary and secondary schools so as to help basic education in Xinjiang and Economic and social development.
