采用铸锻复合一体化成型技术制备AZ91D镁合金,研究了启锻时间对AZ91D镁合金组织与拉伸力学性能的影响。结果表明:启锻时间越长,锻压对模腔内AZ91D镁合金的强制补缩效果越好,收缩裂纹和缩孔越少,AZ91D镁合金的抗拉强度和伸长率越高。当启锻时间为3 s时,锻压变形能够完全消除收缩裂纹和缩孔,压实显微组织。当启锻时间为5 s时,AZ91D镁合金的抗拉强度和伸长率分别为251.3 MPa和4.6%,与启锻时间为0相比,此时AZ91D镁合金的抗拉强度和伸长率分别提高了26.8%和28.2%。
The AZ91D magnesium alloy was prepared by casting and forging composite and integrated molding technology. The effect of time on the microstructure and tensile mechanical properties of AZ91D magnesium alloy was studied. The results show that the longer forging time is, the better the forging effect of forging on AZ91D magnesium alloy in die cavity is, the smaller the shrinkage crack and shrinkage cavity are. The higher the tensile strength and elongation of AZ91D magnesium alloy are. Forging time of 3 s, forging deformation can completely eliminate shrinkage cracks and shrinkage, compaction of the microstructure. When the forging time is 5 s, the tensile strength and elongation of AZ91D magnesium alloy are 251.3 MPa and 4.6%, respectively. Compared with the 0 forging time, the tensile strength and elongation of AZ91D magnesium alloy are respectively increased 26.8% and 28.2% respectively.
