目的:探讨中西医结合治疗PNS的疗效。方法:将110例PNC患者分成治疗组60例(分阶段用中药配合激素治疗)和对照组50例(单纯用激素治疗),然后进行对比观察。结果:治疗组总有效率96.7％,对照组62％,两组比较有极显著性差异(P<0.001)。结论:中西医结合治疗PNS明显优于单纯西医治疗。
Objective: To explore the curative effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on PNS. Methods: One hundred and ten patients with PNC were divided into treatment group (60 cases) and control group (50 cases). The control group was treated with hormone only, and then compared. Results: The total effective rate was 96.7% in the treatment group and 62% in the control group. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P <0.001). Conclusion: The combination of TCM and Western medicine treatment of PNS was better than Western medicine alone.
