为揭示 4 0 0m跑速度规律的生理学实质 ,采用动态分析方法对参加第 6、7两届世界田径锦标赛男子4 0 0m决赛运动员的速度参数进行分析。研究结果表明 4 0 0m跑从起跑加速 ,达到最大速度后又逐渐降低的统计学规律实质上反映了能量供应方式从磷酸原系统、糖酵解系统到动用有氧氧化系统的转变过程。提高4 0 0m跑的运动成绩的关键是合理利用ATP -CP系统的供能能力 ,最大限度地延长糖酵解系统供能的时间 ,尽量减小有氧供能的比例 ,使 4 0 0m跑真正成为无氧供能的运动项目。
In order to reveal the physiological essence of 4 0 0m running speed regularity, the dynamic parameters were used to analyze the speed parameters of men’s 4 0 0m finalists participating in 6th and 7th World Track and Field Championships. The results show that the statistical law of 4 0 0m running from start to accelerate, and then gradually decreasing after reaching the maximum velocity essentially reflects the transformation of the energy supply mode from phosphoric acid system, glycolysis system to the use of aerobic oxidation system. The key to improve the performance of 4 0 0m running is to make rational use of ATP-CP system’s energy supply capacity to maximize the power of the glycolysis system to extend the time to minimize the proportion of aerobic energy to run 4o 0m Truly become anaerobic energy sports.
