基于合金铸件宏微观断口形貌的研究,以微观相场磷共晶相建立内聚元模型,研究了压力机连杆部件出现的脆性断裂现象。在不同应力条件下加载内聚元模型并结合应力状态参数,利用用户定义子程序来判断裂纹的起裂位置和开裂方式,得到了应力作用下铸铁磷共晶裂纹的形成机理。
Based on the study of macroscopic and microscopic fracture morphology of alloy castings, a cohesive meta-model was established based on the microstructure of the phosphorus phase and the eutectic phase in the micro-phase field. The brittle fracture of the connecting rod components of the press was studied. Under different stress conditions, the cohesive element model was loaded and the stress state parameters were combined to determine the initiation and cracking modes of cracks by user-defined subroutines. The formation mechanism of phosphorus eutectic cracks was obtained under stress.
