In an article written by David LaPark and Michelle Johnson, a senior researcher and analyst at the U.S. Rand Corporation, co-authored an essay titled “The Number Is Less, the Longer the Range, the Lack of Fire, and NATO Strikes Russia”, in April 2016 Posted on the 21st on the rocks on the war site (war on the rocks).
