目的监测上海口岸输入性及本地蜚蠊携带的10种病原体情况。方法采用分离培养、生化鉴定、PCR检测病原体。结果从蜚蠊中检出的病原体有霉菌、大肠埃希菌、绿脓杆菌和乙型肝炎病毒;未检出沙门菌、副溶血性弧菌、霍乱弧菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、结核杆菌和志贺菌。4类蜚蠊病原体携带率差异无统计学意义(χ2=6.20,P>0.05)。结论蜚蠊是病原体扩散的中间宿主,口岸应采用先进检测技术监测蜚蠊中病原体。
Objective To monitor the importation of Shanghai Port and the ten pathogens carried by cockroaches in the area. Methods The isolated and cultured, biochemical identification, PCR detection of pathogens. Results The pathogens detected from the cockroach were mold, Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Hepatitis B virus; no Salmonella, Vibrio parahaemolyticus, Vibrio cholerae, Staphylococcus aureus, Mycobacterium tuberculosis and Chi He bacteria. There was no significant difference in the carriers carrying rate of 4 species of cockroaches (χ2 = 6.20, P> 0.05). Conclusion Cockroach is an intermediate host for the spread of pathogens. Port detection of pathogens in cockroaches should be carried out using advanced detection techniques.
