目的探寻县处级干部亚健康、领悟社会支持、应对方式现状及其关系。方法采用问卷调查法,分层抽取266名县处级干部进行研究。结果县处级干部亚健康发生率较高,大专及以下干部“亚健康”状态高于本科及以上干部(P<0.05)。干部领悟社会支持处于中等水平偏上(P<0.05),事业单位领悟社会支持度高于机关、企业单位(P<0.05)。干部积极应对水平高于国内常模(P<0.01),消极应对水平低于国内常模(P<0.01),女性积极应对水平高于男性(P<0.05)。结论对县处级干部进行领悟社会支持、应对方式干预,有利于提高健康水平。
Objective To explore sub-health of cadres at the county level, to understand the status quo and the relationship between social support and coping styles. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted to study 266 county-level cadres at different levels. Results Sub-county cadres sub-health higher incidence, college and below cadres “sub-health ” higher than undergraduate and above cadres (P <0.05). Cadres realized that social support was at a moderate level (P <0.05). Institutions perceived that social support was higher than that of institutions and enterprises (P <0.05). The positive response level of cadres was higher than that of the national norm (P <0.01), the level of negative coping was lower than that of the national norm (P <0.01), and the level of positive coping in males was higher than that of males (P <0.05). Conclusion Comprehending social support and coping style intervention at county level cadres are beneficial to improve the health level.
