目的:探讨6种不同配方高脂乳剂对家兔高脂血症形成的影响。方法:家兔连续灌服不同配方高脂乳剂2周后,耳中动脉采血检测总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(GT)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)血脂四项指标;停止灌服高脂乳剂后继续观察饲养10周,并分别在停止灌服高脂乳剂后1、2、4、6、8、10周时家兔耳中动脉采血,各组均检测TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C。结果:灌服高脂乳剂2周后,1号、2号、3号及6号高脂乳剂组家兔TC、GT、HDL、LDL均明显升高,与空白对照组比较差异非常显著(P<0.001);4号与5号高脂乳剂组家兔TC、HDL、LDL明显升高,与空白对照组比较差异非常显著(P<0.001),但GT没有明显改变,与空白对照组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:1号、2号、3号、4号、5号及6号高脂乳剂配方在2周内均可造成家兔高胆固醇血症。
Objective: To investigate the effects of six different formulas of high-fat emulsion on the formation of hyperlipidemia in rabbits. Methods: The rabbits were fed with different formulas of high fat emulsion continuously for 2 weeks. The levels of TC, HDL and LDL in rabbits in high-fat emulsions 4 and 5 were significantly higher than those in the blank control group (P <0.001), but GT did not change significantly compared with the blank control group Significant difference (P> 0.05). Conclusion: The formula of No.1, No.2, No.3, No.4, No.5 and No.6 high fat emulsion can cause rabbits hypercholesterolemia in two weeks.
