合金鑽头的镶焊,尤其是其中切制水口,在地质勘探的机修工作中占有很大的工作量。过去镶嵌合金,其切口均以鋼鋸鋸,每鋸一个合金切口需2~3分钟。为此,我們用旧料装配一架铣切合金口和水口的銑口机来切制,工作效率大大提高,減輕了体力劳动,由过去2分鐘縮短到3—5秒钟,銑切一个110毫米的合金鑽头,計六个切口並包括輔助时间共只需4~5分鐘,且此机构造簡单,制作容易,一般的修配间均可配制。一、铣口机簡单构造銑口机主要由底座、皮带輪、主轴和工作台等组
