目的对第二军医大学近16年来科研论文产出情况进行计量分析,为科研决策提供参考依据。方法以1994-2009年科学引文索引扩展版(Science Citation Index Expanded,SCIE)收录的地址字段为第二军医大学的科技论文为数据依据,以科技信息研究所(Institute for Scientific Information,ISI)公布的2008年的影响因子(impactfactor,IF)为标准,对第二军医大学1994-2009年发表的科研论文进行统计和分析。结果共检出文献3539篇,收录在926种期刊中;研究性论文(arti-cle)最多,占83%;IF小于5的论文占77%,IF大于10的占3.3%;被引用超过20次的共206篇;最活跃的学科为免疫学;合作发表论文最密切的机构为上海交通大学。结论本研究从文献计量角度展现第二军医大学的科技论文产出与被引情况,为科研管理部门、科学研究人员提供了定量参考依据。
Objective To measure and analyze the output of scientific research papers in the Second Military Medical University in recent 16 years, and provide reference for scientific research and decision-making. METHODS: The address fields included in Science Citation Index Expanded (SCIE) from 1994 to 2009 were used as the data basis for the scientific papers of the Second Military Medical University, and published by the Institute for Scientific Information (ISI) 2008 impact factor (impactfactor, IF) as the standard, the Second Military Medical University published in 1994-2009 research papers for statistical analysis. Results A total of 3539 literatures were collected and included in 926 journals; arti-cle accounted for 83% of the total; papers with IF less than 5 accounted for 77% and IF was greater than 10 accounted for 3.3%; those cited more than 20 A total of 206 articles; the most active discipline for immunology; co-published papers the most closely related institutions for the Shanghai Jiaotong University. Conclusion This study shows the output and cited situation of scientific papers of Second Military Medical University from the perspective of literature measurement, which provides quantitative reference for scientific research management departments and scientific researchers.
