随着我国科学技术的不断发展,传统的制造业逐渐向高端制造业迈进,那么,传统的机械加工技术显然不能够满足当今社会发展的需求,于是,数控机床以及数控技术便成为我国现代高端制造业的新宠,其也为我国机械制造行业创造了很大的价值及经济利润。本论文主要针对基于SEMENS802S机械零件进行的编程和加工研究及分析。另外,本论文主要对数控加工的相关概念、特点等理论进行了介绍,接下来,对数控加工的工艺分析及编程等进行了介绍,希望本论文的相关研究及分析工作能够为我国数控加工工艺设计带来一定的指导价值。
With the continuous development of science and technology in our country, the traditional manufacturing industry is gradually moving towards the high-end manufacturing industry. So, the traditional machining technology obviously can not meet the needs of today’s society. Therefore, CNC machine tools and numerical control technology have become the modern high- The new darling of the industry, which also created great value and economic profit for China’s machinery manufacturing industry. This thesis is mainly based on SEMENS802S mechanical parts programming and processing research and analysis. In addition, the thesis introduces the related concepts, characteristics and other theories of NC machining. In the following, it introduces the process analysis and programming of CNC machining.
