提出了一种单轴变轨迹等厚筛分方法,建立了单轴变轨迹等厚筛的动力学模型.基于单轴变轨迹等厚筛的运动特性,提出了振动方向角的几何定义方法,得到了该振动筛振动方向角的计算模型.通过振动信号分析系统获取了振动筛筛箱各点的水平和垂直两个方向上的振动强度以及互功率谱相位,得到了振动方向角的理论值.结果表明,利用该方法得到的计算结果与利用传统的丽萨如(Lissajous)图法求得的结果最大相对误差仅为8.50%,从而验证了振动方向角计算模型的正确性.
