In order to explore the effects of irradiation-inducing on the transduction of Ad-CMV-p53, human hepatoma (HepG2 line) cells were transinfected with Ad-CMV-p53 after being irradiated with γrays. Survival fractions were measured by Clone Forming. The cell cycle and the expression of p53 were detected by Flow Cytometry (FCM). In certain scope, compared with groups without 60Co γ-rays irradiation, the survival fractions of groups pre-exposed to 60Co γ-rays significantly decreased (Figs.1 and 2). The cycles of cells pre-irradiated by 60Co γ-rays obviously changed (Fig.3). The γirradiation beforehand promoted the transduction and expression of Ad-CMV-p53 (Fig.4).
