通过对北京市朝阳区体育运动学校皮划艇运动员进行核心稳定性力量训练,比较训练前后皮划艇运动员身体平衡能力的差异,探究核心稳定性力量训练对皮划艇运动员平衡能力的影响。通过17周左右的核心稳定性训练,运用文献资料法、实验法、数理统计法对运动员相关数据进行测试、综合分析,结果表明:核心稳定性力量训练可以显著提高人体的平衡能力,这种平衡能力的提高可能主要是通过促进本体感觉的发展,提高人体对肌肉的控制能力来实现的;同时,核心稳定性力量训练还可明显改善肢体左右侧稳定性不均衡或不对称现象。
Through the core stability training of canoeists of sports schools in Beijing Chaoyang District, the differences of body balance ability of canoeists before and after training were compared to explore the impact of core stability training on the balance ability of canoeists. Through the core stability training of about 17 weeks, the data of athletes were tested and analyzed by using the methods of literature, experiment and mathematical statistics. The results show that the core stability training can significantly improve the balance ability of the human body. This balance The improvement of ability may be mainly achieved by promoting the development of ontology sensation and improving the body’s ability to control the muscles. At the same time, the training of core stability strength can obviously improve the unbalanced or asymmetrical stability of the left and right limbs.
