燃气行业是伴随着经济与技术的发展而产生的,在我国经济技术不断发展的今天,燃气企业行业的发展机遇与挑战并存,而燃气企业员工的成长对企业的发展至关重要,这主要是因为当前燃气行业员工基本为青年或者中年人,这部分基层人员的发展实际上关系到企业未来的长远发展,因此文章针对国有基层燃气单位的员工激励机制问题实施分析,旨在提升燃气企业员工的工作积极性,最终促进企业的长远发展,本文以燃气企业员工的成长需要为研究对象,分析企业激励机制的设计要求。
