利用多功能人工气候试验箱模拟大气盐雾环境下氯盐侵蚀性能,基于试验实测数据分析拟合,建立了氯离子扩散系数随氯盐侵蚀深度及水灰比变化的动态氯离子扩散系数计算模型,并与现有静态扩散系数进行了对比研究。结果表明:随着保护层厚度的增加,由于氯离子扩散系数随着侵蚀深度的增加而增加,结构抗锈蚀性能增加不明显。
A multi-purpose artificial climate chamber was used to simulate the salt corrosion in atmospheric salt fog environment. Based on the experimental data, the model of dynamic chloride ion diffusion coefficient was established based on chloride ion diffusion depth and water-cement ratio , And compared with the existing static diffusion coefficient. The results show that with the increase of the thickness of the protective layer, the chloride ion diffusion coefficient increases with the depth of erosion, and the corrosion resistance of the structure does not increase obviously.
