目的了解掌握河北省成安县医疗机构各方面消毒工作质量,为今后医疗消毒提供可靠依据,督促医疗机构提高消毒质量。方法对成安县医疗机构2009—2011年检测结果资料进行回顾性分析。结果 2009—2011年对成安县各级医疗机构共采样检测4 421件,合格3 191件,平均合格率为72.18%;其中2011年检测合格率为76.25%,明显高于2010年(72.48%)和2009年(66.29%);不同级别医疗机构检测合格率以县级为最高,为84.19%;村级最低,为67.83%。不同检测项目中消毒剂的合格率最高,为78.93%;室内空气的合格率最低,为50.00%。结论成安县医疗机构消毒检测合格率不高,消毒检测质量还有待巩固和提高,各级行政领导和医疗机构应重视消毒检测工作,加强管理,有关部门应进一步加强监督监测工作。
Objective To understand the quality of disinfection in all aspects of medical institutions in Cheng’an County of Hebei Province and provide a reliable basis for future medical disinfection and urge medical institutions to improve the quality of disinfection. Methods A retrospective analysis was made on the data of the test results from 2009 to 2011 in the medical institutions of Cheng’an County. Results A total of 4 421 samples were obtained from medical institutions at all levels in Cheng’an County from 2009 to 2011, with a total of 3 191 samples passing the survey. The average passing rate was 72.18%. Among them, the passing rate in 2011 was 76.25%, significantly higher than that in 2010 (72.48%). And 2009 (66.29%). The qualified rate of medical institutions at different levels was 84.19% at the county level and 67.83% at the village level. Disinfectants in different testing items have the highest pass rate of 78.93%; the lowest passing rate of indoor air is 50.00%. Conclusions The passing rate of disinfection and testing in medical institutions in Cheng’an County is not high, the quality of disinfection and testing needs to be consolidated and improved. Administrative leaders and medical institutions at all levels should attach importance to disinfection and testing and strengthen management. Relevant departments should further strengthen supervision and monitoring.
