随着经济全球化和区域经济一体化的迅猛发展,国际贸易在全球范围内蓬勃展开,生产要素的跨区域流动也日益频繁。由此,许多港口城市抓住机遇,大力发展港口经济,并且实现了港口与城市之间的互动,逐渐发展成为典型的港城一体化城市。而秦皇岛作为一个欠发达的港口城市,港口与城市的良性互动对秦皇岛的未来发展有着至关重要的作用,本文正是有针对性的提出促进秦皇岛港城互动良性发展的建议。
With the rapid development of economic globalization and regional economic integration, international trade has flourished globally and cross-regional flows of production elements have also become increasingly frequent. As a result, many port cities seize the opportunity to vigorously develop the port economy and realize the interaction between the port and the city, gradually developing into a typical integrated city of port city. As an underdeveloped port city, Qinhuangdao is a benign interaction between port and city which plays a crucial role in the future development of Qinhuangdao. This paper is aiming to put forward some proposals to promote the sound development of Qinhuangdao Harbor City.
