当前,单列向心短圆柱滚子轴承保持架从选材及加工工艺方面可归纳为车制和钢板冲压的两种结构。众所周知,车制保持架普遍采用铜料制造,而且在生产和使用上存在许多缺点。钢板冲压保持架,目前国内、外普遍采用“乙”形保持架,从大批生产着眼,优于铜料车制保持架,但因其模具及保持架本身结构的限制,保持架内滚子数量需相应减少;模具结构复杂,制造较繁,某些零件加工精度要求控制严格,方能保证产品质量。因此,改革产品结构,是产品设计工作面临的任务。 筒形保持架是目前较为理想的一种新结构。它优于“乙”形保持架,其特点是:窗孔改为成形压坡,代替原“乙”形保持架弯爪工序,简化了工艺;由于不需弯爪,使保持架内增加了滚子数量,从而提高了轴承的承载能力,延长了使用寿命;有利于生产过程机械化和自动化;轴承装配合格率高,旋转轻快灵活。 筒形保持架国内部份厂已在试验和小批生产,但产品设计计算方法及试验数据未臻完善。为了进一步试验研究及交流情况,现将我厂已成批生产的2000型新结构单列向心短圆柱滚子轴承筒形保持架产品主要尺寸的设计计算方法简介如后。

Cylindrical cage domestic part of the plant has been tested and small batch production, but the product design calculation methods and test data is not perfect. In order to further test research and exchange of information, now I plant has been mass production of new structure 2000 single row radial cylindrical roller bearings cylindrical cage products, the main dimensions of the design and calculation method is described below.
