目的观察冬病夏治穴位贴敷治疗小儿哮喘缓解期的临床疗效。方法选择2013年1月至2015年8月在我院收治的80例哮喘缓解期患儿,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各40例。对照组给予布地奈德气雾剂吸入治疗,1喷/次,3次/d,治疗组在对照组治疗方法的基础上给予冬病夏治穴位贴敷治疗,于农历初伏开始贴敷于患儿双侧定喘、肺俞、膏肓、脾俞穴位,每次敷贴30 min,每4 d治疗1次。2组共治疗30 d后观察临床疗效和白细胞介素-4(IL-4),肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)水平的改善情况。结果治疗组总有效率为92.5%,明显高于对照组的77.5%,经统计学分析,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.414,P=0.036)。治疗后,2组血清IL-4,TNF-α水平均明显降低,IFN-γ水平明显升高,与同组治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组上述指标改善幅度大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论冬病夏治穴位贴敷治疗小儿哮喘缓解期临床疗效显著,能明显改善血清IL-4,TNF-α及IFN-γ水平,值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of winter cure summer acupoint sticking on pediatric asthma remission. Methods From January 2013 to August 2015, 80 children with asthma in our hospital were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 40 cases in each group. After treatment, the serum levels of IL-4 and TNF-α were significantly decreased and the level of IFN-γ significantly increased in both groups (P <0.05), and the above indexes The improvement was greater than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The therapeutic effect of winter disease summer acupoint sticking on pediatric asthma remission is significant, which can significantly improve the serum levels of IL-4, TNF-α and IFN-γ, which is worth popularizing in clinic.
