金属圆锯片广泛用于金属材料、石材的切割,在工业生产中有十分重要的作用。圆锯片淬火是锯片生产的第1步,对锯片质量影响很大。在对1 200级65Mn圆锯片淬火热处理后发现,一次淬火后的圆锯片经压平处理后仍存有一定的瓢曲变形,重新淬火后再次压平瓢曲变形消失。为此根据淬火后65Mn锯片的金相组织和硬度,利用MARC有限元软件对淬火的升温过程进行了研究。结果显示,一次淬火时的升温过程中的最高温度为715.9℃,最低温度为702.2℃,材料并未完全奥氏体化。重新淬火时,由于淬火后的马氏体的奥氏体化速率高于珠光体,使锯片的奥氏体化程度进一步提升,性能得到改善,瓢曲变形消失。
