目的 探讨维生素 A促进免疫细胞功能的机制。方法 采用逆转录——聚合酶链反应 ,检测分析视黄酸 (RA)对体外培养的脐血淋巴细胞 (CBL)胰岛素样生长因子 1 (IGF- )及两类受体 (IGF- R,- R)基因表达水平的调节。结果 在加入生理浓度 RA培养 6~ 2 4 h CBLIGF- ,IGF- R和 IGF- R基因表达显著上调。结论 在 RA对免疫细胞的作用中 IGFs的调节可能是一条重要途径。
Objective To investigate the mechanism of vitamin A in promoting immune cell function. Methods The effects of retinoic acid (RA) on insulin - like growth factor 1 (IGF -) and two types of receptors of human umbilical cord blood cells (CBL) in vitro were detected by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT - PCR) R) gene expression regulation. Results CBLIGF-, IGF-R and IGF-R gene expression were significantly up-regulated after 6 ~ 24 h culture with physiological concentration of RA. Conclusion The regulation of IGFs in the role of RA on immune cells may be an important pathway.
