结合济南钢铁厂的生产实际，采用专家系统技术，建立了在线炼钢连铸计算机生产调度系统，大大提高了调度作业计划编制的效率，缩短了钢水等待时间，并提高了设备利用率。
Combined with the actual production of Jinan Iron and Steel Plant, using expert system technology, the online production scheduling system of steel-making and continuous casting was established, which greatly enhanced the efficiency of scheduling operation planning, shortened the waiting time of molten steel and improved the equipment utilization rate.
