本文报道了福氏非特异性免疫核糖核酸(FCA-iRNA)抗炎症作用的研究。结果表明,FCA-iRNA对炎症第一期的渗出和水肿有抑制作用,其效应仅次于Cortison的作用。但对炎症第二期白细胞游出无作用。体外试验表明,一定浓度的FCA-iRNA可增强白细胞的随机运动和趋化性,恰与Cortison的作用相反。提示,FCA-iRNA可能是通过增加血浆cAMP含量和浆细胞增生,对炎症机体起保护性和免疫调节性作用。
This article reports on the anti-inflammatory effects of Fleisch non-specific immuno-ribonucleic acid (FCA-iRNA). The results showed that FCA-iRNA had an inhibitory effect on the first phase inflammation and edema, and its effect was second only to Cortison’s effect. However, there was no effect on the leukocyte outflow in the second phase of inflammation. In vitro experiments showed that a certain concentration of FCA-iRNA can enhance the random movement and chemotaxis of leukocytes, which is contrary to the effect of Cortison. It is suggested that FCA-iRNA may play a protective and immunoregulatory role in the inflammatory organism by increasing plasma cAMP content and plasma cell proliferation.
