在校生管理日益成为社会各界关注的焦点。本文认为管理工作的重点应从外在的形式向内在的实质转变,而突破的关键点在于管理效果直达学生的内心深处,以此唤醒学生的社会本质属性,增强学生的社会适应能力。
Student management has increasingly become the focus of attention of all sectors of society. This paper argues that the key point of management should change from the external form to the intrinsic substance. The key point of the breakthrough lies in that the management effect is direct to the innermost point of the students, so as to arouse students ’social essential attributes and enhance students’ social adaptability.
