概述了大坝变形监测用真空激光准直系统中真空系统的组成及真空泵这一关键部件的选型方法。结合真空泵的技术参数,重点从真空室的极限真空度、工作真空度、真空泵有效抽速及抽气时间等方面对真空系统主要参数的计算方法进行了论述。阐述了真空管道材质的选择依据和管道壁厚的设计方法。采用上述方法对葛洲坝真空激光准直监测系统的真空系统进行了设计与工程实施,经现场测试,真空系统各项技术参数均满足设计要求。
The composition of the vacuum system in the vacuum laser collimation system for dam deformation monitoring and the selection method of the key components of the vacuum pump are summarized. According to the technical parameters of the vacuum pump, the methods of calculating the main parameters of the vacuum system are discussed in terms of the ultimate vacuum degree of the vacuum chamber, the working vacuum, the effective pumping speed of the vacuum pump and the pumping time. The selection of vacuum pipe material and the design method of pipe wall thickness are expounded. The vacuum system of the Gezhouba vacuum laser collimation monitoring system was designed and implemented by the above method. After field test, the technical parameters of the vacuum system all meet the design requirements.
