患儿 ,男 ,1.5岁 ,因急性腹泻 1ｄ后自行购用易蒙停胶囊 (西安杨森制药有限公司 ,批号 980 531430 ) ,每隔 3ｈ服药一次 ,每次 1粒 ( 2ｍｇ) ,12ｈ内共服 4粒 ,服药后止泻 ,但家长发现患儿精神欠佳 ,反应迟钝 ,急送我院诊治。入院时临床表现为意识模糊、嗜睡 ,呼吸减慢至 16～

Admission clinical manifestations of confusion, lethargy, breathing slowed to 16 ~
