目前世界各国沿用的视力表分两大类,一类为Snellen表,用分数记录,按6m距离测量如6/6,另一类为国际视力表,用小数记录,改为5m测量,如0.1,1.0;这两种视力表存在三个问题,1.增率不均;2.视力统计困难,3.当视力低到一定程度时如手动、光感等,便无法用数字表达和记录。其中增率不均是最带根本性的问题。我国温州医学院缪天荣教授经过多年研究。提出了目前的“标准对数视力表”,该表经有关部门严格评审,已被列为国家标准,由卫生部颁发,并将自今年
Currently used in countries around the world eye chart divided into two categories, one for the Snellen table, using fractional records, measured by 6m distance, such as 6/6, and the other for the International List of Eyesight, decimal records, to 5m measurements, such as 0.1 , 1.0; there are three problems with these two kinds of eye chart, 1. uneven rate of increase; 2. visual statistical difficulties, 3. when the visual acuity is low to a certain extent, such as manual, light perception, etc., can not be expressed and recorded with numbers. Proposed the current “standard logarithmic visual acuity chart”, the table by the relevant departments to strictly review, has been listed as national standards, issued by the Ministry of Health, and will be from this year
