目的观察糖尿病大鼠视网膜组织中抗氧化酶类的变化。方法对糖尿病大鼠发病后4、6、12和16周视网膜组织中超氧化物歧化酶(superoxidedismutase,SOD)、过氧化氢酶(catalase,CAT)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(glu-tathioneperoxidage,GSH-Px)的活性以及脂质过氧化物(lipidperoxide,LPO)水平进行了检测。结果在各实验时点,糖尿病大鼠视网膜组织中SOD和CAT活性明显低于对照组,LPO水平则显著高于对照组。结论糖尿病大鼠视网膜中抗氧化机能显著降低,这种变化可能在糖尿病视网膜病变的发生发展中起重要作用。
Objective To observe the changes of antioxidant enzymes in the retina of diabetic rats. Methods The expressions of superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT) and glu-tathioneperoxidage (OPG) in retina of diabetic rats at 4, 6, , GSH-Px) activity and lipid peroxide (LPO) levels were detected. Results At each experimental point, the activities of SOD and CAT in the retina tissue of diabetic rats were significantly lower than those of the control group, while the levels of LPO were significantly higher than those of the control group. Conclusion The anti-oxidant function in the retina of diabetic rats is significantly reduced, which may play an important role in the development of diabetic retinopathy.
