传统的缝式炉与普通的锻造室式炉的结构基本类似,它的热效率大多不到10%,正常生产时炉口冒火,劳动条件很差。 为此,冶金部马鞍山钢铁设计研究院、无锡市太湖耐热铸造厂、常州钢铁厂联合研制了节能型燃油缝式炉。其技术关键是:设计了高效喷流辐射换热器和金属对流换热器,两次回收烟气余热,将助燃空气预热到500℃左右;选用改进的S型双管全热风油喷嘴,利用热风取代压缩空气
The traditional seam furnace and ordinary forging chamber furnace structure is basically similar, most of its thermal efficiency less than 10%, the normal production of flue gas stove mouth, poor working conditions.
