本文详细分析了具有极性反转电极结构电光调制器的响应特性，推导出器件输出端振幅和相位的频率响应的解析表达式，并给出相应的数值计算结果． In this paper, the response characteristics of the electro-optic modulator with polarity reversal electrode structure are analyzed in detail. The analytical expression of the frequency response of the amplitude and phase of the output of the device is derived and the corresponding numerical results are given.
