为获得弓网系统动态接触压力的变化规律、实现弓网接触压力的最优控制,开展了大量的弓网接触压力特性实验,应用数理统计的方法分析了弓网接触压力的统计特性.研究结果表明:弓网系统的动态接触压力呈周期性波动变化,并且符合正态分布.动态接触压力的波动范围为平均接触压力加减三倍标准差,该波动范围随着运行速度的增加而增大.弓网系统的振动频率与运行速度和静态接触压力有关.
In order to obtain the variation rule of the dynamic contact pressure in the arch system and achieve the optimal control of the contact pressure in the arch network, a great deal of experiments on the contact pressure characteristics of the arch mesh were carried out. The statistical properties of the contact pressure on the arch mesh were analyzed by using mathematical statistics. The results show that the dynamic contact pressure changes periodically and accords with the normal distribution.The fluctuating range of the dynamic contact pressure is three times the standard deviation of the average contact pressure, which increases with the increase of the operating speed The vibration frequency of bow network system is related to running speed and static contact pressure.
