输气站是天然气汇集和输送的中转站,本身存在着重大的安全风险,输气站天然气管道失效模式主要是泄漏进而引发火灾和爆炸,而火灾及其辐射等会对人员、财产、建筑物及大气环境产生一定的影响。本文基于挪威船级社(DNV)定量风险分析软件SAFETY中的PHAST模块,采用了Vessel/Pipe Source模型、TNT爆炸模型,模拟分析了屏锦输气站天然气泄漏后果。通过模拟分析,得出事故影响程度的计算机模拟图表和报告,并提出了防止和减轻事故危害的措施和安全规划指导意见。
The gas station is a transit point for the collection and delivery of natural gas. There are major safety risks inherent in the gas station. The gas pipeline failure modes in the gas station are mainly caused by leakage and then cause fire and explosion. Fires and their radiation can affect people, property, buildings And the atmospheric environment have a certain impact. Based on the DNV quantitative risk analysis software SAFETY PHAST module, this paper uses the Vessel / Pipe Source model and TNT explosion model to simulate and analyze the consequences of natural gas leakage in Pingjin Gas Station. Through the simulation analysis, the computer simulation charts and reports of the degree of impact of the accident are obtained, and the measures for preventing and mitigating the accident hazard and the guidance for safety planning are put forward.
