针对萤火一号(YH-1)火星探测器贮箱需具有防晃和蓄液排气等工作特点,对防晃型贮箱设计进行了研究。根据表面张力和微重力流体力学原理,设计了实现该功能的系列推进剂管理装置(PMD)。对层流式和叶片式两种PMD进行了微重力流体仿真和试验。经计算机仿真和落塔试验验证,优选出最佳PMD方案,设计的防晃贮箱满足探测器要求。
For firefly one (YH-1) Mars probe tank to be anti-shake and accumulation of exhaust and other operating characteristics of the anti-shake type tank design was studied. Based on the theories of surface tension and microgravity hydrodynamics, a series of propellant management devices (PMDs) are designed to realize this function. Two kinds of laminar and vane PMD were simulated and tested by microgravity fluid. After computer simulation and falling tower test, the optimal PMD scheme is optimized, and the anti-slosh tank designed meets the requirements of the detector.
